Mararar.

After a record-frustrating week, I've finally settled on a final project for both drawing and theme sequence. It's a relief to actually know what I'll be losing sleep over these coming days, and even more pleasant to do what I've wanted all along--just draw stuff from the Specola. Progress will come along even better, now that the hours for the museum have been extended. All that's left is to blow money on espressos all day, and god willing, I'll be set for next week.

Postscript...a weekend trip to Milan, lovely. You can actually see sky in the city, and the soccer team kicks ass (when they bother getting off their own, which happened blessedly too late for Palermo fans). Wandering the city on foot is highly encouraged, even if people recommend you take the subway home instead of walking. Florence trained us well--and walking on paved versus cobblestone sidewalk is a breeze. Less dog-pee too.
